Event Opportunity Application

We appreciate you considering MoFaya for your event. To help us assess if MoFaya will participate, please complete the form below. Please note the following guidelines:

• For all events-related enquiries, we require a minimum of 10-12 weeks notice before the event date.
• Be catered to individuals 18 and over.
• The venue must stock MoFaya or permit MoFaya to be sold.
• The event Cannot take place at a high school campus, cater to high school students (or younger), or be a fundraiser.
