Terms and COnditions

Berry Queen
  • Entrants can submit their entries by 29 February 2024 
  • The competition is open to all South Africans above the age of 18.
  • Employees of MoFaya and Miss South Africa, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
     
  • Participants must submit a completed form and their ‘Why’ content following the 3 steps of the campaign via the MoFaya via the following URL on the MoFaya website https://www.mofaya.co.za/win-lunch-with-miss-sa by 29 February 2024. 
  • All participants must follow the official MoFaya Instagram and Facebook pages to enter. Entrants who don’t won’t be considered for this competition.
  • The usage/inclusion of MoFaya products or creative elements is encouraged in the creation of entrants videos.
  • No late entries will be accepted.
  • 5 Winners will win a lunch experience with reigning Miss South Africa, Natasha Joubert and Miss Universe SA, Bryoni Govender. They will have the opportunity to take photos with them.
  • The winners will also receive an exclusive MoFaya gift hamper.
  • The date and venue of the lunch event will be confirmed with the winner on once they have been notified of their success.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for an alternative prize. 
  • No guests, other than the winners, are permitted to attend unless approved by MoFaya (Pty) Ltd.
  • The 5 x winners will be selected according to the creativity and traction of the content created and is at the discretion of MoFaya (Pty) Ltd.
  • The decision of the judges is final, and no correspondence will be entered into after the final decision has been made.
  • The 5 winners will be notified via their mobile contact number during the first week of March 2024.
  • If the winner does not respond within 3 working days, a new winner may be selected.
  • The 5 winners will then be publically announced during the first week of March 2024 via the Official MoFaya social media platforms.
  • By entering the Win a Lunch with Miss SA competition, participants agree to allow MoFaya (Pty) Ltd to use their name, image, content, and entry for promotional and marketing purposes. 
  • Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent
  • MoFaya (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise inappropriate
  • MoFaya (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa.

  • MoFaya (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues in the production and posting of user-generated content.
